Booking Process

  • We offer convenient booking options online through raising a request on our secure website, by phone, or via Reservations email.

  • During the booking process, please provide your pick-up and drop-off locations, preferred vehicle, desired date and time, and number of passengers.

  • Once confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation email with all the details of your reservation.

    • Payment Methods

  • Luxorides accepts secure online payments through major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards with Visa or Mastercard logos and UPI.

  • We also offer the option to pay the postlimit charges (if any) directly to the chauffeur upon completion of your ride (Credit card, Debit card or UPI).

    • Confirmation and Changes

  • You can modify your booking (subject to availability) by contacting our customer support team at least 06 hours before your scheduled ride.

    • Additional Notes:

  • Luxorides reserves the right to request pre-payment for specific booking scenarios (e.g., special events, extended rentals).

  • Prices displayed online are inclusive of base fare and do not include any additional fees (e.g., tolls, parking, waiting time charges).
