Reservations Policy Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Window

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled ride will be processed free of charge and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled ride will incur a cancellation fee of 25%.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled ride will incur a cancellation fee of 50%.

  • In the case of a cancellation request 04 hours before dispatch or "no-show" (failing to appear at the pick-up location), the full booking fee will be charged.

  • Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of your cancellation request.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for booking.

  • Additional Notes

    Luxorides reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle unavailability/breakdown, safety concerns). In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
